"You always were too trusting of your staff, Alexander," the treacherous uncle mocked.
Alexander didn't flinch, didn't beg, and didn't show a single ounce of fear.
Instead, a slow, dark, and utterly terrifying smirk spread across his handsome face.
"And you always were too stupid to recognize a trap," Alexander replied smoothly.
Suddenly, the traitorous bodyguard spun around, aiming his weapon directly at the uncle's chest.
Red laser sights lit up the uncle and all his men from the dark corners of the mansion's upper balcony.
Alexander had known about the bribe for weeks and had paid his guard double to play along.
It was a brilliantly executed setup to get her uncle to break into the mansion while fully armed.
The police sirens wailed in the distance, growing louder as dozens of squad cars surrounded the estate.
